Hey Darien,

First off, my deepest empathies. Damn, that sucks. I assume you've gotten to the "secondary email address" stage and it's not helping you much?

There's a form somewhere... where you actually get to submit a request to them and announce that you're having problems. I've tried to find it again and always get lost. I think you need to go click-crazy in their help menus and FAQs until they finally give up and hand you the form.

Once I submitted the form, it was about another few days, and then they apologized to me and gave me my account back.

Good luck!

hi Sarah!
I seem to find myself in a similar situation as you once were in regards to the goog. I've been locked out of my account for 6 days now and am desperate to prove my identity to the borg-like entity google has become... so I am wondering specifically how you went about regaining access. Did you chat with the web reps from adsense and use this blog to prove that you were you?
Any advice would help
Thanks,
Darien
